What is a Streak?
A streak is created when at least one Daily Brain Train is completed in consecutive days. DBT streaks create mindset momentum which is the lifeblood of mindset training and should be prioritized accordingly. Missing a DBT on any given day breaks the streak.

What are two-a-days and three-a-days?
Two-a-days are when you complete two DBTs in one day (12:00am – 11:59pm PST). Three-a-days are when you complete three DBTs in one day (12:00am – 11:59pm PST). If you are looking for a way to level up your mindset quicker, you can implement two-a-days or three-a-days.
