- Your mindset score has a floor of zero. Don’t plan on spending much time here.
- Your mindset score has a maximum of 41. For those who simply want to push your limits, we get it, and provide you the opportunity to put in the work to achieve and maintain the coveted 41.
- Your mindset score will increase by +1 for every daily brain train completed in any given day (12:00 am – 11:59 pm PST) with a maximum of +3 per day. Daily consistency is the only way to create positive momentum. Two-a-days and three-a-days are an option for the truly committed. More than three DBTs may be completed in a day, but again, there is a maximum of 3 points per day.
- Your mindset score will decrease by -1 if you miss a daily brain train. WARNING: Momentum in the wrong direction is a slippery slope.
- Your mindset score will not change when a Rest Day daily brain train is utilized, with a limit of one per week (12:00 am Sunday – 11:59 pm Saturday). Rest and recovery are essential parts of training any muscle, including your brain.
