Your triple downs are foundational building blocks that will help you achieve your top 3 season results. In order to maximize the effectiveness of your triple downs, you need to reverse engineer their psycles. To do so, answer the chapter questions as they apply to each of your top 3 season results. A particular triple down may be beneficial for multiple season results but choose the most pertinent result to ensure laser focus. You will also want to determine when each triple down takes place. A triple down can occur during training, lead-up, warm-up, competition, post competition, or any combination thereof.
