A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS 7

Often times a single image captures the essence and meaning of complex ideas more effectively than written words or verbal descriptions.  Taking this proverb to heart, you need to determine a picture that best encapsulates your alter ego.  Think about the various aspects of your alter ego and the inspirations who help shape and mold your alter ego.  Then find or create a picture that is the most suitable representation of your alter ego.  Have fun and let your imagination and creativity drive the process.

By finding the perfect picture to portray your alter ego, you can use it as a visual reminder of who you become when using your alter ego.  Every time you look at it, you should see the most ideal version of yourself, the athlete who has mastered their mental game and is ready to unleash their potential.
