In the DBT section of the app, go to the current day on the weekly calendar to view the day’s DBT. Perform the items listed in the detailed section of the DBT. Next, analyze your DBT by selecting a star rating for your performance and effort and answering the analysis questions. Lastly, click Submit.  After submitting a completed DBT you will see your mindset score and streak numbers change accordingly. The number of daily completed DBTs are listed in the weekly and monthly calendar views.

Note 1:  A DBT is provided for the current day at 12:00 am PST.  A current day’s DBT must be completed by 11:59 pm PST.

Note 2: Performance and effort star ratings must be entered to submit a completed DBT.
